This month we are honored to have Howard Storm return as a featured speaker. Howard has a new book, Life and Lessons Learned, an autobiographical journey that changed the author’s life from an atheist to a Christian minister. This journey has had dramatic hills and valleys which have been openly described in the hopes that the reader will find similarities in their struggles through life towards an abiding faith in God.
The Eleventh Spiritual Retreat for NDErs at the Mercy Center, Saint Louis, Missouri, is March 31 – Apr 3, 2016
The theme for this year is: “Supporting Each Other In Our Truth.” Near-Death Experiencers coming together based upon a shared truth to uplift and transform themselves. Finding and participating in such groups gives more than strength and companionship; it provides an expanded version of your own spiritual self.

The retreat starts Thursday March 31st at noon, with a field trip to the St. Louis Basilica. The Retreat will be here very soon, and we are feeling the excitement starting to grow in anticipation.
Room registration choices will be two options as either Single Shared Bath (same sex) or Single Private Bath, with the caveat that you may end up in a Single Private if you don’t have someone appropriate for the other single shared bath room.
Cost includes room at the Mercy Center, 9 meals, 5 Breaks with snacks, use of walking trails, labyrinth, chapel, and all the retreat programs including the field trip.

In early March, Eben Alexander gave three lectures as part of the Town Hall Lecture Series sponsored by the Montgomery Women’s Club. Matt Petersman and Lorraine Becker from Cincinnati IANDS were fortunate enough to attend all three lectures, meet NDE-interested attendees, and hand out information about our Cincinnati IANDS meetings and our group. We plan a lecture review as part of our next monthly meeting on April 12.
